If you use Respondus 4.0 or StudyMate, you will need our updated license information. We have put this information in the BOLT Help Course.
To go to the BOLT Help Course, login to BOLT and click on Help. Click BOLT Help Course. Click on the link. If you go to the course, you can search for “Respondus License Information” or "StudyMate License Information". The new installation password is available at those links.
When you open the Respondus software or StudyMate software, it will prompt you for the new installation password.
RLDB is a custom browser that locks down the testing environment
within BOLT. When students use Respondus LockDown Browser they are
unable to print, copy, go to another URL, access other applications, or
close a quiz until it is submitted for grading.
RLDB is available to all Bloomsburg University students and can be requested to be installed in computer labs on campus.
There is information in the BOLT Help Course (Tools Integrated with
BOLT > Respondus LockDown Browser) to get you started using Respondus
LockDown Browser.
For questions about Respondus LockDown Browser or any other BOLT topics, you can contact BOLT Support and the IMDC at bolthelp@bloomu.edu or by calling (570)389-2888.
