We’ve heard you miss our local, on-campus BOLT Support and have decided to make it easier for you to get in touch with us directly for assistance.

As always, instructors can stop by the Instructional Media and Design Center in Andruss Library 206. We are here through the summer session Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm, and during the regular semester Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm.


Our 24/7 technical support is still available through the Support Portal widget in BOLT, and by calling 1-866-921-0473. You can and your students should continue to use those resources for technical assistance in BOLT.

Directing your questions to BOLT Support is the quickest way to get the attention of IMDC supervisors. Supervisors monitor issues from the IMDC from 8:00am to 4:30pm daily.
