24/7/365 Live Technical Support
Working on
something in BOLT at midnight? Want to create your quiz before your 5am
commute?
You can be in
contact with a live support technician around the clock by calling our support
line or chatting live with a technical support representative.
Previously, the
IMD Center processed all support requests for BOLT. Starting the week of spring
break, technical support issues will have 24/7/365 attention directly from our
vendor, Desire2Learn. You will be able to call 1-866-921-0473 or chat live with
support using the new Support Widget in BOLT.

New Support Widget with Live Chat
You will have
access to a new widget in BOLT which has a Live Chat feature. All you will need
to do to chat in real time with a support representative is click on the Live
Chat icon in the widget.
Custom Knowledge Base
You will have
access to a custom knowledge base for BOLT users. This will provide you with
helpful documentation to accomplish tasks in and troubleshoot issues in BOLT.
